Use your dipswitch settings from your receiver in the fan and change the dipswitch settings on the remote to the exact same ones. Once complete, put your battery back in, install the back of the remote cover and then turn the power back on to the fan and we’ll see if it works.
If you are using a remote control, check that the batteries are installed properly and are not dead. Check that the dip switches on the remote and receiver are set to the same frequency.
